EAT, DRINK AND BE WARY: RESTAURANT LEASING AND LIQUOR LAWS

Class Details: This class is designed for any attorneys who may be engaged in representing or advising clients on issues related to restaurant leasing and liquor law matters, including practitioners representing owners, lessees and sublessees who may use the premises for the manufacture, sale and/or distribution of alcoholic beverages. In particular, the class will focus on lease negotiation and drafting; lease provisions; New York State regulation of liquor sales; the State Liquor Authority; licensing rules, requirements and procedures; and entities and premises that may be licensed.
